S 2 S (Settlements to Software).......

Well this happens to be about a phase where there has been switching over from the fuctionalities to the "Ware" industry so called "Software" which reflects only in its name but the hard fact is nothing is so soft about it.

Grounded  from a conceptual thinking... you have been entering that dungeon where only Nerds are capable of survival... as its always said observe  your chances of survival then think of other aspects, but I never thought of survival rather thought of winning it straight teeth.

You always feel good initially when you enter a MNC company,rather I would call it  "Factory".. nevertheless you are always made to feel proud where you stand and how vital  you tend to proove to others but internally some where in the corner of the heart you feel "Is this what I am capable off ????... but u just go with the crowd and feel elevated with the response and accolades you get in the mean time.

Soon you get accustomed with the things have been brought up in a steady way...and I am no exception to this one, used to feel happy every time when you see Nerds working instead would say grazing in their monitor more than their own wife I feel so.. well thats only for married ones and others I think should not reveal in which you will be glued tooo (Family audience )...

You seem to be in such a situation where you are so proud to be among Technocrats at the same time you are the one who doesnt knw about the ABC.. of programming...
When people like me  get introduced to the word "Coding,Programming,Debug,compile,Hot fix,Versions,testings, the reaction would be like when you give a First standard child to solve the Calculus of Mathematics... So more of I can correlate the same with me as well.

One thing I keep wondering about these "Machines" and the people who have prepared these rather to coin the word "Senior machines" they keep fixing the error for which they announce it proudly as welll.

To illustrate the above would like to  quote a small story here the stupidity with our mind is ... Once a man constructed a house.. but unfortunately there were small gaps left over on the roof..But he didn't realise until  he was struck with the rain,then he realised his blunder he corrected it instantly and all set right.... more of the same thing is with these "Senior Machines ".... They are creators of it and they are the ones who mess it up and finally with great efforts they correct it toooo.

More interesting is when they get awarded or lots of accolades for doing this and that keeps them overwhelmed even more to keep building these type of modern creatures without life but ... which hardly run .... But they claim that theses are the best in the market.

The story doesn't end here .... What these Techies do,do you think that they have created so much with lots of efforts is just for a fun... huh  huh no ways they try to sell it.. And so called Technical Term "Client"
They very well buy it with lots of zeal with which our techies would have justified rather if you have a close look there will be "N" number of short comings which goes unnoticed for a specific reason.

Now it is such a situation where our so called "Clients" buy them ... and they start using it and try to understand it which is never in their scope of understanding but well they never fail to do it from their side.

There is a another bunch of Techno-crats and Functional guies like me... who are at the other side of grass,we are specially meant to solve the issues which will be raised by our Clients to be frank we no even meagre thann our client.... well thats secondary but at the end of the day its we the face of our product.

Rather we know in length and breadth of our product nor we know how the clients have set up nor the fuctionalities acrosss the globe but stilll this team makes tremendous efforts to solve, instead would love to say "Analyze"... for which results are "Nothing" even you know but our clients bank upon us... which is matter of proudness again.....

Welll this is what we can understand ...For novice only:-

CODING--Which we can never decode...
HOTFIX--Which can never be fixed,and client is frustrated so it tends to be hot you may never know..
PROGRAMMING-we know only TV programmes ...  this is just not upto our levell to learn...Its more than this ....
DEBUG-where we can see oly Bugs,moths,insects... But only Senior Machines can understand this
Testings-We certainly test but .... Please dont ask for results as they never come out as expected so .. rest is understood.
Clients-Taregeted Bakras....... We need to loot from them or "Treasure Hunt"
ONSITE-"Either client is Dumb or Your product is suchh that only you can work on it... not meant for others But rather we tend to say ... We are "Experts" thats the illusion well better be...
OFFSITE-They are the ones who strive to be Onsite but its due to their expertise and vast knowledge base they are retained here :)

We promise that "We will ensure that we will provide the best of our services"--This is just on words dare you follow that ... we never do it...

On final note this is how "SOFT-WARE" industry is designed to work... If you have a different say then let me know... But I am sure that you will be off the guard  after going through this "Honeyed cake"

Was Just To DO List.... Now A Reality..........!!!!!!

Every time,every where Every one thinks that .... whatever we do will it be fruit-full if yes then from where, what, which, when and finally HOW??

Well this was my status when I decided to pen down my thoughts sooner or later... But time just keeps ticking and you will never know until you have this at the back of your mind.

This happens to be some where around  trodden path which we, one or the other day would  have come across... but still our instinct  keeps it hidden....

This is some how dates back to  all our school days ...... where we heavily bank upon the  notebooks,pencils,pens,nameplates,short picnics,limited periods,time table,rubber,sharpener was the world to us.Even we never liked some one to touch our things even though you might label them as Your best friends.

This cant be ruled out if  your child hood love is not being included  which you keep thinking as always and would love to tell it to your friends.

Time is just one factor that keeps ticking irrespective of what you have to say or you even wish to keep it free zed .. But when it was confined to our studies did we think much about our career, the answer is "NO" Your goals ...When some one asked then would just toil away for shorter duration's.

When we used to think that portions were enough not like your SOP's now, you were supposed to read only what is asked for not like now you are asked for which your knowledge falls short..

Initially lessons were thought and you used to answer  the questions based on your reads,now you are not given any stuff to read but u learn a lesson that's the hard way to learn.

Your score decided your fate to be in the race or to quit, Now its the personality which comes to force with your marks narrated in the other way.

You think u seems to be invincible these days no sooner you  realize that you are down to ashes the next movement,but still you want to be in that aura of happiness.

We all think that the life which we got is utter disguised or blessed,rather would like to put it this way across at one point where its our thoughts that make you to write your strands, some may even try to have the blame upon others for which they might or not be responsible.

We seem to live for others more than we live for ourselves,even though many of them try to confront me saying that its we our life and we rule it,hardly does it matter one may come and go ... But its out of the fact that we tend and we would always be living for others.. just that's the naked truth...

Well would like to split this into further pebbles to make it more occupying in the days to come.
